A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT

As a Customer Service Agent, you arrive each day determined to wow our clients. Your primary responsibilities are to answer incoming phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, notify clients promptly if there is a delay, and make follow-up calls. Each and every phone interaction you have with our clients is an opportunity to provide the best customer service.

Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions and is one of the reasons our clients enjoy doing business with us. Even when you use the approved company greeting and script, you are able to be yourself and build a genuine rapport with our clients. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail ensure that their needs are met. You love that you get to interact with people every day and enjoy keeping busy.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written English
  • Ability to type 35-40WPM (preferred)
  • Tech savvy

WORK SCHEDULE

Our Customer Service Agents work Monday - Friday from 10am - 7pm with overtime hours worked every 3rd weekend from 10am - 7pm.
